R-410A Return Policy

All R-410A Returns Due by December 31, 2024.

With the transition to Puron Advance™ refrigerants, the models listed below will become obsolete. To receive credit, any returns must be completed by December 31, 2024. Starting January 1, 2025, only Puron Advance™ equipment should be installed.

After December 31, 2024, parts and components will still be available to service R-410A equipment. If a coil replacement is needed, a replacement unit can be ordered “for service only,” per EPA guidelines. Replacement parts for current R-410A equipment will be accessible through Replacement Components for the duration of the product’s service life.
