Indoor air quality is more important now than ever before, especially in spaces where gatherings of people will occur regularly. The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act of 2020 and the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2021 (CRRSAA) have provisions that allow schools, healthcare providers, and other qualifying small businesses to tap into federal funds in order to improve their indoor air quality. The best time to consider upgrading your indoor air quality and HVAC system is RIGHT NOW
Who is eligible?
- Education – including schools, universities, and other campus buildings where there are regular gatherings of groups of students in a confined area (some states call this funding ESSER)
- Healthcare Facilities – facilities that care for medical patients including nursing homes and long term care facilities
- Restaurants
- Office Buildings
- Factories, plants, and logistics facilities
- Other non-residential properties
How much can I qualify for?
- Qualifying businesses are allowed a full deduction of qualifying project costs when you invest in the installation of HVAC equipment upgrades in a single year, with no limitation on the size of the project.

The Training You Need, When You Need it Most
At Mingledorff’s, we know that HVAC technicians want to stay at the top of their game. This requires technicians to attend training events and service update seminars to maintain their HVAC confidence as well as their industry credentials.
We believe you should ALWAYS BE TRAINING, especially during uncertain times. That’s why we’ve built an online training library for our customers to learn and earn credit from virtually anywhere. We offer training and support to our Residential Dealers, Commercial Contractors and Mingledorff’s Employees at no cost.
Get Started in 3 Steps
- Register via the link below so that we can verify and set up your training account in order for you to get credit.
- Once we confirm your registration, we’ll send you an email from our online training platform with directions to set your personal login credentials and direct you to our online training library.
- Once you log in, you’ll have a list of training courses available to choose from. Each time you complete a course, you will receive credit which can be applied as State CEUs, Factory Authorized Dealer hours, or NATE hours. (depending on the course)
