Joyce was new to the air conditioning industry when she came to Mingledorff’s in 1996. She began her career as an Inside Sales Professional and later served as a Distribution Center Manager. In 2000, she accepted the position of Territory Manager, where she served for 17 years calling on dealers in Southwest Georgia. 

In 2016, she moved into the new role of Programs Facilitator where she assists dealers in implementation and utilization of Propose and Close®, Mingledorff’s Retail Sales and Service Tool and with other Mingledorff’s programs designed to assist our dealers.



Joyce’s experience as a Territory Manager and a Distribution Center Manager saw her gain experience working with dealers and understanding their needs. This experience allows Joyce to assist Mingledorff’s dealers in growing their retail business.
