Introducing Elevate!
At Mingledorff’s, we believe that in order to build a great company, we must help our employees reach their full potential. That’s why we’re launching Elevate – a program designed to develop and prepare Mingledorff’s employees for advancing their career within the Company.
This program will initially be offered to Warehouse Associates, Drivers and Inside Sales Professionals. Those who participate in the program will gain a better understanding of various positions and opportunities within Mingledorff’s as well as the skills needed to succeed in these and future potential roles.
The program begins this Fall and will run through Spring of 2023.
Participants must have a minimum of 1-year of full-time employment as of August 1, 2022 and be in good standing within the Company.
