The Mingledorff’s 2024 Summer Sweepstakes Official Rules
1. Eligibility: The Mingledorff’s 2024 Summer Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open to HVAC Dealers and Contractors who have an open account in good standing with Mingledorff’s, Inc. and are located and licensed in the state of Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi or South Carolina. This Promotion is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsor: The Promotion is sponsored by Mingledorff’s, Inc. (“Sponsor”). Sponsor will conduct the Promotion substantially as described in these Official Rules.
3. Entry Period: The Promotion begins on June 17, 2024, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on August 30, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter: Entrants will automatically be entered into the drawing each time the entrant purchases a qualifying product as set forth below:
- T10+ Honeywell Thermostat Kit = 3 entries
- T10 Honeywell Thermostat = 2 entries
- L2 Wi-Fi Water Sensor and Switch = 1 entry
Entrants may also enter the drawing by sending an email to info@mingledorffs.com during the Promotion Period and providing the following information: Company name, phone number, email address and their desire to enter the Promotion. Email entries are limited to one entry per month during the Promotion Period. The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent are void and will be disqualified.
5. Prizes: The winners of the Promotion (the “Winners”) will receive the prizes below:

Grand Prize: Kodiak 700 ATV ($8,499)
Second Prize: Vibe Makana 100 w/X-Drive Kayak + Select Accessories ($1,838.98)
Third Prize: Go Play Golf Digital Gift Card ($1,000)
The estimated prize values may differ at the time the prizes are awarded. There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prizes are non-transferable. The Winners, upon acceptance of the prizes, are solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including without limitation any and all local, state, and federal taxes. The Winners must provide Sponsor or its designee all required information for proper issuance of 1099s or other tax reporting documentation.
6. Selection of Winner: The Winners of the Promotion will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawings will be conducted on or around September 15, 2024. The potential Winners will be notified via email or phone within 10 days after the drawing date. If a potential Winner does not respond within 15 days from the initial notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential Winner may be disqualified, and an alternate Winner will be selected.
7. Other Terms and Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or network issues; (b) any lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries; (c) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. By accepting a prize, the Winners consent to the use of its name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

info@mingledorffs.com. Requests must be received no later than
October 15, 2024.
